This ride is best to do it early in the day because it's quite exposed. It is an out and back but it's a perfect climb - not to grueling, there is a nice break in the middle and the last third is pretty shady. https://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/3174875848
This ride has LOTS of climbing. The route takes you up Trinity Rd, drops you down into Sonoma County and then you climb back up Cavedale Rd. The roads are really quiet the views are majestic, but it's a lot of climbing and both roads are in pretty rough shape (quite a few pot holes). Not an issue for climbing but if you love fast descents, these roads are a bit sketchy. Click here for the route.
This is probably the most iconic Napa Valley ride. Click here for the route.
Here is a summary of the best hills in Napa compiled by the Eagle Cycling Club. The hills are a good option because there is generally much less traffic.
I have to map this one and then update.
